The role is responsible for change enablement functions within Farm Credit East. As a member of the Transformation team, the incumbent will provide organizational development, change adoption techniques and communication to meet the mission, vision, objectives and goals consistent with FCE Business Plan and overall strategy.

  • Builds relationships across the organization to understand the impact of all strategic decisions and support employees and customers adapt and adopt these strategies.
  • Clearly articulates the optimal customer experience FCE wants to deliver in alignment with the company’s brand attributes, overall strategy and annual planning process to guide decisions and prioritization in the cooperative through periodic feedback, research and process improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Change Enablement 

  • Supports organizational transformation providing guidance in change enablement, communications, and training supporting delivery and adoption of strategic programs within the organization 
  • Develops and delivers FCE’s change enablement plan as it relates to the various projects and initiatives being rolled out within the Transformation team 
  • Assists in establishing communication and training needs associated with various projects and transformation team developments 
  • Develops materials for all levels from management to the front line throughout the organization
  • Maintains deep relationships within the organization and provides excellent customer service to both internal and external customers 

 

Customer Experience

  • Helps determine, monitor, and update the stakeholders to include in the CX Strategy to ensure CX strategy is embedded in FCE culture  
  • Creates a consistent shared understanding of who our customers are, their needs, wants, perceptions, and preferences through the collection and analysis of the voice of the customer, voice of the employee, Digital Experience Champions, etc. to generate real actionable insight 
  • Helps define any root cause issues that impede the implementation of optimal customer experiences and provide solutions to address

 

Support Strategic Program Leadership

  • Engages a wide range of partners within the ACA on change readiness, resource planning, gap analysis, and program implementation
  • Identifies and ensures adequate resource materials communicating the initiatives 7 times 7 different ways, aligning training and communication plans to support each imitative
     

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • This position requires a Bachelor's degree in in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Economics, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • We offer hybrid work options after two weeks of employment with Farm Credit East. Hybrid work options are determined based on job role and balancing the needs of the customers, the team, and individual work performance. This will be reviewed based on manager discretion.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $55,000 to $80,000 commensurate with experience
  • Short-Term Incentive to reward business results
  •  Retirement Contributions :
    • 401k match up to 6% of salary; or for those unable to take full advantage of the 401(k) match, verified student loan payments may qualify for an employer match in your 401(k) up to 6% of salary
    • Defined Contribution retirement plan funded at 2-9% of salary depending on years of service
  • Time Off:
    • 15-25 days of vacation leave per year, depending on years of service
    • 12 days of holiday leave per year
    • 7.5 days of sick leave in your first year, followed by 12 days of sick leave per year thereafter; unlimited rollover of unused sick leave year to year
